Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. Prices are shown in GBP; EUR and USD pricing is available at checkout.

Delivery

We ship from Cowes, Isle of Wight, with Royal Mail and DHL. For deliveries to the United States, duties are included in the price and delivery takes approximately one week.

Returns

You may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Returns should be sent to The Sail Loft, Somerton Works, Cowes, Isle of Wight, PO31 8PB. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Products

Each piece is handmade in our Loft. Minor variations in cloth, leather and stitching are characteristics of the craft, not defects.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
